Taking a shot of stilt Fishing was my SRI LANKA todo list before we departure (yeah I am a 100% tourist), however, we saw lots of trunks stand up in the Indian Ocean without the fisherman since June is not a peak season for travel.
"Let's just take a photo of me and trunk" I said,
then, some local guys noticed us, they came and said they can show stilt fishing to us(with a little money), they even invited me stand up onto the stilt for taking photos (with another extra money).
I came to realize that stilt fishing is already become a play for tourists, because the fishing rod doesn't have rope!

六月並不是斯里蘭卡的旅遊旺季，沿著海岸線找了好久，就是找不到高蹺漁夫。
正當我打算放棄尋找高蹺漁夫，想說就拍張跟樹幹的照片當成到此一遊好了..此時遠方突然走來一群當地NPC!!!
原來他們就是傳說中的高蹺漁夫呀!!但是現在的高蹺漁夫已經是個表演性質的工作了，所以只有遊客出現的時候他們才會爬上高蹺表演。釣竿上面甚至還沒有繩子呢。漁夫們也很配合得會一直揮舞著沒有繩子釣竿，一直揮一直揮揮到我們拍照結束。
